CURRICULUM/VITAE

Christian Vay graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. Subsequently, he completed the master's program in Information-Oriented Business Administration at the University of Augsburg in February 2018. Mr. Vay gained practical experience prior to his studies during an IHK apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. During and after his studies, he was also able to gain practical work experience in the areas of product management, sales and logistics. Since September 2020, Mr. Vay has been a research assistant at the Professorship for Business & Information Systems Engineering – Management Support.

RESEARCH FOCI

In the context of his research activities, Mr. Vay is primarily interested in how students can be prepared with the competencies they need as future leaders in our digitized and dynamic environment. In particular, he focuses on teaching self-leadership skills within university teaching using integrative digital elements.
